The rise in use of natural fat burners is cause for great concern for parents as rates of side effects continue to grow.
Over the counter fat burners are fast becoming a very oft used supplement among a wide range of age groups and sex. This growing trend is of a well placed concern for the FDA and nutrition groups. One of the reasons is the use of Ephedrine in a large portion of the products. This ingredient is dangerous because it can cause a spike in heart rate, which can lead to heart problems as well as can sometimes cause a immediate heart attack.
A few things being done by concerned citizens to do in order to convince people from purchasing these pills will include nutrition advice along with education about the reasons that these weight loss pills are harmful. A hurdle these health agency’s face in combating the use is that the fact that a greater variety of the masses have begun to abuse these products and it is not a issue specific to women anymore. There will always be efforts to curb the addiction of these pills, but it may be too late to stop altogether.
