The continued rise in use of over the counter fat burners is cause for concern for parents as rates of side effects continue to grow.

Over the counter fat burners are quickly becoming a very oft used supplement among a wide range of age groups and equally among men and women. This growing trend is of a continued concern for family members of the people who abuse them as well as government health agency’s. One of the reasons is the addition of Ephedrine in a large portion of the products. The reason that Ephedrine is a dangerous product is because it creates a state of increased hear rate, which can cause your heart to be unhealthy and can sometimes cause immediate heart failure.

A few things being done by concerned citizens to do to deter people from using these pills will include plans for a healthy diet as well as education about the on the side effects some of these pills can cause. A hurdle these people face in combating the use includes the fact that a greater variety of the masses have begun to abuse these products and it is a problem solely associated with younger women. Groups will continue efforts to educate people to stop the use of these pills, but it may be too late to stop altogether.
