How to Lose 15 Pounds in less than a Month!

As tempting as it is to take the “fast weight loss” route using products such as Ephedrine, Hoodia, as well as other similar products only lead to bad times in the end. Eventually you’ll find there are no shortcuts.

This technique involves a combination of three stepsas follows: 1; a logical approach to your meals generally, 2; using a bowel cleanser to get rid of any toxic substances build up over time, and 3; consuming a high protein diet drink.

Toxins that should be removed build up within the system over a period of time, coming from various sources, for instance – household water which contain chemicals, polluted air and others. The toxins can become stuck in fat cells which stay in our body. Cells are then surrounded by water that stop extra contamination inside the body.

When the toxins are flushed out the system, the cells of fat are then burned up and used as energy, and the excess water is also absorbed and flushed in the same process. This can result in rapid weight loss, and outstanding results have been claimed. Claims have been stated of up to 8 pounds in 5 days weight loss is possible.

The other 2 considerations play into rapid weight loss is firstly to make absolutely sure you get the right amount of protein throughout each day. The easiest way to accomplish this is by drinking a protein beverage, which you mix into a drink. A guideline amount is around 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight.

Another factor is that you will want to limit your general eating of bad carbs (chips & popcorn for example). Doing this will cause your system to start to remove the extra body weight you’ve stored up. You’ll also want to remove all sources of refined sugars. Carbonated drinks are the most common offenders, but any hot beverage with artificial sweetener may slow down your weight loss too.

For normal meal times, try and limit your caloric intake to around 600 calories. If you have two protein shakes at both ends of the day (breakfast and dinner) with a 600 calorie lunch, and little to no snacks (fruit and unsalted almonds should be ok in little amounts}), you’ll be on a 200 to 1 calorie diet, and immediately your body should become a fat burner.

With some walking each day, and you’re only 1 month from losing up to thirty pounds, and it’s safe too.
